Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using CAAAR you agree to these terms. Last updated 5 October 2026. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use CAAAR

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login secure.

CAAAR is a marketplace, not a seller

CAAAR connects buyers and sellers of cars, parts and UAE plate numbers. We are not a party to any sale between users, we don't inspect, own or guarantee any listed vehicle, part or plate, and we make no warranty about its condition, description or legality. Disputes over a purchase are between the buyer and seller.

Your listings

You confirm you own, or are authorised to sell, anything you list, and that your listing is accurate and doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break UAE law (for example, no stolen vehicles, no counterfeit parts, no plates you're not entitled to transfer).

By posting a listing you give CAAAR a licence to display it — including any photos or video — within the app in order to operate the marketplace.

Bidding in the auctions

A refundable deposit is held on your card (not charged) before you can bid — it registers you as a serious bidder and is released once you're done, or automatically after a set period.

A bid is a binding offer. Once a lot's quick timer runs out with your bid on top, you've won it and must pay the hammer price plus a 10% buyer's premium through the app.

If you don't complete payment for a lot you've won, CAAAR may capture your deposit toward the amount owed, suspend your bidding privileges, or restrict your account.

The reserve price (where one is set) protects the seller — a lot only sells once it's met.

Payments and fees

Card payments are processed by Stripe. The buyer's premium (10% of the hammer price on a won lot) is CAAAR's fee for running the auction. Other fees, if introduced, will be shown before you're charged.

Things you must not do

Don't post fraudulent, stolen, counterfeit or illegal listings; don't manipulate bidding (e.g. bidding against yourself); don't harass other users; don't try to take a deal off-platform to avoid fees during an active auction; don't scrape or abuse the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, engages in fraud, or misuses the auction or payment systems. You can close your own account at any time from Settings or Menu → Delete account.

Disclaimer and liability

CAAAR is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, the condition or legality of a listed item, or service interruptions. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under UAE law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use CAAAR after an update means you accept the new terms.
